Are you passionate to work as a HFM Administrator. Than this is the position which you should apply! We are looking for HFM Admin who will report into Director of Finance Processes and Systems for supporting the HFM controller in areas: BAU activities, HFM & FDMEE development work, Security, SOX Compliance and IT Audits.

What will you be doing?

  • Your will contribute and ensure Group consolidation is completed using HFM v11.2.9.
  • Strong collaboration and Process validation overrides during the reporting cycle.
  • Provide detailed technical support to Head Office finance team.
  • Updates to data forms and the smart view templates.
  • Updates to the FDMEE master mapping file.
  • Creation of the UAT test scripts. Collaborations in the team is fast-paced and requires strong collaboration along with multi-functional and cross geographical teams.

What will you need to be successful?

  • Education: Bachelor's or equivalent experience or Master’s degree in Finance or a relevant field.
  • Experience: Consistent record of 4+ years of experience in HFM Administration, Security and Controls, Audits and Development work.
  • Single point of contact to revert to Run start of month activities for each reporting cycle. Support finance users queries on HFM & FDMEE.
  • Updates to metadata, member-lists and rules system files. Updates to FDMEE master mapping file. Creation of UAT test scripts. Ensure all vital documentation/approvals are generated and in-place for SOX controls
  • Leading organizational change and effective communicating of these to wider community.
  • Detailed understanding of the HFM security matrix. Support the GBS security team with HFM security queries.
  • SOX Compliance and IT Audit. All our processes are SOX compliant, and we must ensure all controls are in place and operating as stated.
  • Assist with ad-hoc group projects – where HFM input is required. Assist in budget/forecast planning to ensure HFM systems are ready for input. Work with other collaborators who extract HFM information to prepare reports/dashboards to ensure their requirements are met.
  • Superb communication, collaboration, and relationship building and collaborator engagement skills.
