[…] Canned salmon is not my preferred choice but what I have access too…… Now when I said Meat above, of course I included fish into that mix. Fish not only contains massive amounts of protein but also is packed full ofOmega 3. Along with those super points, fish also contains Vitamins A, C, and E, andVitamin D(in the fatty fish variety) but you would need toconsume a lotto get your requirements just from food. Tow things i’m not going to cover are Farmed v Wild Caught Fish and Mercury Contamination.Paleo Flourish Magazinehas covered the Farmed v Wild fish issue in avideoandthat constant argument about mercury issues with fish,SafeFishreleased apaperin July 2015, to help you debunk this and make your own mind up about that issue. I LOVE seafood, and I don’t get to enjoy it as much as I like for a variety of reasons, including the cost but also my husband is not a fan. He had an incident as a child involving a fish bone and vomiting and will only have little go’s at it now, but can’t come at it to be a regularly star in our dinner menus (I’m very lucky as my hubby cooks dinner each night!). And to add to that, unfortunateness, my eldest son, Mr 11, had an incident just last week with food poisoning and some barramundi and hence has beenvery turned off seafood from that. I do hope he comes back to being a lover, as he was my ally in times of desperation!
